Shipping

We offer free shipping.

Orders placed on weekdays are usually shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your shipping address but is typically 2–4 business days.

Complaints

If your item does not match the description, is damaged, or if you are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will agree on a solution together. It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Please include your name and order number when contacting us.

We cover the return shipping cost in the event of an approved complaint.

In case of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

You may also submit your complaint through the EU’s online dispute resolution platform for cross-border e-commerce disputes. For national disputes, we primarily refer to ARN.


Delivery

We pack and ship orders on weekdays (excluding public holidays) before 12:00.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.

We ship with DHL, and your parcel will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. DHL reserves the right to redirect your parcel to the next closest pickup point if the nearest location is full.

For faster delivery updates, please provide your mobile number for notifications.


Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

When your parcel arrives at your nearest DHL Service Point, you will receive an SMS notification. If no mobile number is provided, you will receive notification via email or post.


Right of Withdrawal & Exchanges

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Your message must clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item.

Returned items must only be tried on and must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and free from stains, hair (e.g. pet hair), or any signs of use. Items must not be washed.

Please note that the right of withdrawal and exchanges do not apply to underwear or accessories.


How do I make a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please carefully place the product back in its original bag as received. Then send your return using the return label included in your package. All necessary information is provided in the code on the return label.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, a return fee of 80 SEK will be deducted from the refund.


Who pays for return shipping?

When exercising the right of withdrawal, a return fee of 80 SEK will be deducted from the refund. You must be able to prove that you have returned the item, so always ask for a receipt when submitting your return.


Have you received my return?

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days from when you send your return until it is fully processed.


When will I receive my refund?

We will issue your refund as soon as possible after receiving your return, and no later than 14 days after receipt. However, refunds are usually processed within 5 business days if you paid with Klarna.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • Card payments are refunded to the associated account
  • Invoice payments will be adjusted if not yet paid

Unclaimed Packages

Packages are usually held for approximately 2 weeks at the pickup point.

We reserve the right to charge 195 SEK for unclaimed packages to cover shipping and handling costs.

If you would like your order to be resent, you will need to place a new order.
