Which countries do you ship to? Currently, we only ship our products within Sweden. We will soon open up for more parts of Europe.

What is the delivery time? The delivery time is 1-3 business days but may be longer during holidays such as Christmas and New Year.

How much is the shipping cost? The shipping cost is 59 SEK.

How do I return an item? To return your item, the garments should be in the original condition as you received them. Place the garment back in the same packaging that came with the delivery and attach your return label to the package. Leave the invoice in the return. Email majaroos.official@gmail.com and inform them that you want to return your item, and they will email you a return shipping label. Approved returns will be refunded once your item has been received and registered in stock. For unclaimed packages, there is an additional cost of 200 SEK. Shipping costs are not refunded for returns.

How long do I have to return an item? 14 days open purchase

What care instructions should I follow? We recommend washing the products in the washing machine at 30 degrees with a mild and enzyme-free detergent. For more recommendations, please refer to the "Care Instructions" section at the bottom of the page.

Which size should I choose? You will find size references under each product where measurements of the model are shown to help you determine which size is right for you as a customer. MAJA ROOS products are generally slightly larger in size, but the recommendation is to follow your usual size.
