The sleeves are straight with a tiny bit of puff at the shoulder, and they hit about mid-forearm, or ¾ length. The front of the blouse has a faux wrap detail with a deep V-neckline. It's a pullover style with elastic in the back and a fitted waist. It has beautiful  gathers at the shoulders and the waist. The fit is skimming close to the body and cinches in at the waist. Probably a good fit for a larger bust and a curvy figure.
